Chartering

For CIF cargoes we source and fix suitable tonnage for the product and route, from coastal product tankers to larger vessels for long-haul voyages. Vessels are vetted before fixture, and laycans are agreed with the load terminal and the buyer.

Voyage coordination

A named operator follows each cargo. They coordinate with the terminal, the inspector, port agents and the master, and keep the buyer updated on loading, sailing and estimated arrival.

Documentation

We prepare and track the documents that move with the cargo, including the bill of lading, certificates of quality, quantity and origin, and the cargo manifest, and release them in the order set out in the contract.

If you arrange your own vessel, we coordinate nomination, terminal acceptance and loading so your ship is not kept waiting.
