Sky Rebel Consortium was built on a simple idea: buyers should not have to manage three intermediaries to move one cargo.
WHO WE ARE
Built for buyers who need certainty
Sky Rebel Consortium LLC is an energy company working across three connected disciplines: petroleum trading, brokerage and marine logistics. We supply crude oil and refined products to distributors, refiners, airlines and traders, and we manage the movement of those cargoes from the load port to the buyer's discharge port.
Because sourcing, contracting and shipping sit with one team, decisions are made with the whole voyage in view. A delay at the terminal, a change in vessel or a revised discharge window is handled by the same people who agreed your contract.
Our goal is to be the counterparty buyers come back to: clear on terms, careful with documents and dependable on delivery.

We use digital document workflows and live voyage tracking so buyers can follow a cargo without chasing emails. Every enquiry, offer and shipping document has a clear owner and a clear status.
We also choose partners carefully. Refineries, terminals and ship owners we work with are expected to meet recognised safety and environmental standards, and vessels are vetted before they are fixed.
